References to Porch Field Notes, we, us, or our refer to the publication operating under that brand. These terms apply to the website and do not replace separate terms that may govern an external service you choose to visit.
Porch Field Notes provides editorial information about porches, patios, plants, outdoor care, and related projects. Reading the website does not create a professional-client, advisory, purchasing, or employment relationship.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the website. This provision does not deprive a consumer of a protection or forum that cannot lawfully be excluded.
